About TDR
Timothy David Ray was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a proud honors graduate of the Orleans Parish School System. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dillard University (Dean's List)
and a Juris Doctorate degree with an advanced certification in International Law from Loyola University, College of Law. He completed training to become a certified mediator and negotiator at
Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.

​After law school, he worked as a law clerk in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar. He later served as the Clerk of First City Court for the City of New Orleans - the first African-American man to hold that position in the city's history.
​
He worked his way up through the trenches of local, state, and federal political campaigns; from a volunteer and later Campaign Manger. He has more recently been tapped as a Lead Strategist and Senior Advisor.
